  • Provide WEEKLY feedback on progress.
  • Schedule "Open House(s)" as required.
  • Promote property at outside Agencies meetings.
  • Review all "offers" with you and aggressively "counter" to your satisfaction.
  • Personally prepare all documents for your signature prior to settlement.
  • Educate you along the way regarding the entire process and provide weekly feedback.
  • Ensure you receive your check within the legal timeframe for Virginia (after the transaction records/closes).
