MY COMMITMENT TO YOU:

  • Prior to and during your home being placed on the market, you can expect the following; (and most certainly, it will be in writing - with dates).
  • A comprehensive 20-30 page Comparative Market Analysis showing recent homes sales in your neighborhood, contracts pending, and current listings. A MUST have!

  • No "List and Run" with me. I will stay with you from the beginning, to-and-through the sale. After all, my reputation depends on your referral to others.

  • I will provide you my cell phone number and invite you to contact me at ANY time. Have a question at 9 pm? Please, by all means, simply call.

  • My fee? Straight forward, I charge 6%.

  • In a slow market like today, you absolutely need experience behind the real estate wheel. With me, you are hiring a wealth of successful experience, not just a big name. Just remember, you get what you pay for!
  • Will I settle for a lower commission? Normally not. Check my credentials and past client referrals. I will not allow your interests to be compromised. Think about it. If I was weak when it came to my pay and allowed a commission reduction before we even started, what do you think someone like that would be inclined to do with the negotiation of your contract offer? That's one worry you won't have with me. I don't play games with my clients, I work hard, and I don't take prisoners when it comes to your interests! Don't be fooled by those that will settle for less, it will most likely cost you more down the road.
  • I will get it sold or you pay absolutely nothing and I will withdraw the listing!
